There were 3 houses in the neighborhood about the same time frame in the market. The first house has been on the market for 3 months. The second house was sold $ 1.457 million by a local dominate agent. The feedback received from potential buyers during open-house, they were more interested in another two houses with bedroom downstairs and not in the busy street.
